Q: How long does it take for Post Express to arrive?
A: Normally, the day after. The max, 3 days.

Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: At http://www.pos.com.my/ or to be exact, here.

Q: ATM machines at CIMB/Maybank do not accept RM5 and RM1 notes. How do I make payment for the exact amount then?
A: You can either bank-in a round figure and we'll return the balance when we send the parcel out or, you can perform the bank transaction i.e. cash deposit over the bank counter.
